1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crumbled

Mix:

1/2 stick butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat together:

2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Then add:

12 oz. bowl of Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture together. Layer 1/2 of crumbled cookies on the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole dish. Pour mixture on top. Top this with remainder of cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
