1 regular pkg. Oreo's
2 sm. French vanilla pudding, instant
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter

Crush cookies, place 1/2 on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine butter, cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip, beat until fluffy. Combine instant pudding and milk, fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust and top with remaining crushed cookies. Chill until set.
