2 sm. or 1 lg. box vanilla pudding (instant)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lb. box Oreo cookies

Make the instant pudding. Crush the Oreo cookies. Put 1/3 of the cookies on the bottom of the pan. Then mix the pudding, cream cheese, 1/3 of oreos and Cool Whip together. Put into pan on top of the Oreos. Put the last 1/3 of Oreos on top.
