1 sm. bag Oreo cookies, crushed fine
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool whip
Lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix pudding and milk as directed on box. Fold in other ingredients except cookies. Place layer of cookies in bottom of dish; cover with pudding, then rest of cookies. To make extra rich, use chocolate pudding.
