1 bag crushed Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush Oreo's; put 1/2 in 9x13 cake pan.

Combine cream cheese and 1 cup butter. Mix until smooth. Add 1 cup powdered sugar then fold in Cool Whip.

In another bowl add instant pudding, milk and vanilla. Beat until thickened. Mix with cream cheese mixture. Pour on crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.

For fun clean flower pot and put cake in it. Stick artificial flower in and serve.
