GOLDEN EMBER SAUCE 
A very good sauce for basting chicken on the grill. 1/4 c. melted butter 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. grated onion 2 cloves garlic, cut in half 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/4 c. catsup

Place all ingredients in a jar and shake thoroughly. Let stand several hours before using. Stir well before brushing on chicken. Keeps well in refrigerator.
