KRINGLE 
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour or so
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream together the sugar and butter. Add sour cream and sour milk. Add sifted dry ingredients, using enough flour to roll. Chill dough. Pinch off a little dough and roll on board with your hand a little thicker than a pencil and shape in a figure 8. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Butter to serve.
