Prepare in lined clay or plastic flower pot no baking required:

20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip

Crush the 20 ounce of Oreos with a blender or food processor (break a few cookies and remove filling and discard). Combine the 2 packages cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and butter. Mix until whipped. Combine the package of vanilla pudding with milk and fold in Cool Whip. Blend pudding and Cool Whip mixture into cheese mixture.

In a lined clay pot layer Oreos and then cream mixture beginning with Oreos and ending with Oreos. Refrigerate and serve with artificial flower in the flower pot.
