ORANGE RUSKS 
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 loaf sandwich bread

Blend butter, orange rind, and sugar; spread generously on one side of each slice from a loaf of sandwich bread. Cut each slice into thirds. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Watch carefully. Can store in airtight container. Freezes well.
