1 lg. bag Oreo cookies (crush these)

STEP 2:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 stick butter
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix.

STEP 3:
Vanilla pudding (instant)
(You can use 2 sm. ones or 1 lg. one)
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix Step 2 and 3 together. Alternate Step 2 and 3 with the crushed Oreo cookies. Put pecans on top.
