1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice or 1 tsp. lemon extract

Cool Whip

Use at least two different kinds of pie filling so you have different colors; I use lemon, cherry and blueberry. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Add lemon juice. Add flour. Spread batter in a well greased jelly roll pan. Mark off squares with toothpick. Place 1 tablespoon of pie filling on each square. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Put a dollop of Cool Whip on each square before serving.
