1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 head cabbage
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown onion and sausage in Dutch oven. Add cabbage as if you were going to boil it. Add Rotel tomatoes. Cook until cabbage is soft.
