CAJUN CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
1 c. raw rice

Combine all ingredients raw and mix well. Pour into large casserole dish. Cover with double foil. Bake at 375-400 degrees for about 45 minutes or check to see if rice is cooked, if not add a little water, about 1/4 cup. Cover to cook again.

Super easy to make, came out great I just sub. For brown rice and used 1lb of ground Cajun pork, came out great.
