CAJUN CREOLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 - 3/4 lb. pork sausage
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 clove garlic (chopped)
2 lg. bell peppers (chopped)
4 stalks celery (chopped)
4 tsp. chili powder
2 red pepperoni or several shakes of red pepper
2 onions (chopped)
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 box frozen okra (chopped)

Fry beef and sausage until brown. Add vegetables and cook 5 minutes, stirring. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt and other seasonings. Cook 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups water and cook 45 minutes. Add okra. Cook the last 20-30 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Serve over rice.
