PAT'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cheezit crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Cook the broccoli five minutes. Drain. Add the soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup Cheezit crumbs. Mix. Put in a casserole with the remaining crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
