CHEESE AND CLAM FETTUCINI (A
CALORIE NIGHTMARE)
 
8 oz. uncooked spinach noodles
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. butter
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. Pour fat off skillet. In same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, drained clams and parsley. Remove garlic. Toss cooked; hot drained noodles with butter mixture; add cheese and chopped olives. Toss until cheese is melted and engorge uh, I mean enjoy!
