CLAM CHOWDER WITH CHEESE 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash salt, onion and pepper
1 can clam chowder, condensed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all in glass casserole. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on medium 15 minutes. Stir and recover; continue cooking about 10 more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
