CHEESE CAKE COOKIES | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels 1/2 c. butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 can condensed milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg Melt together morsels and butter over low heat. Stir in crumbs and chopped nuts into mixture. Press half firmly into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Blend thoroughly in blender cream cheese, milk, vanilla and egg. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or longer until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting. Makes 24 to 32 bars. Refrigerate leftovers. Can be made without nuts. |
