CHEESE CAKE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream butter and brown sugar together. Add flour and walnuts to make a crumb mixture. Reserve 2 cups for topping. Press remainder into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside.

Blend sugar and cream cheese in bowl until smooth. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 36 pieces. Can be frozen.
