2/3 c. butter 2/3 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sugar 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 2 eggs 4 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and nuts. Mix to make crumb mixture. Reserve 2 cups for topping. Press remaining into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown. Blend sugar with cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 2 inch squares. |
