EASY BRUSSEL SPROUTS 
Brussel sprouts
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped hazel nuts or chopped almonds
Salt & pepper

Boil brussel sprouts in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Heat olive oil and butter in frying pan. Add nuts. Cook until browned 3-4 minutes. Add sprouts, cook and toss. Add salt and pepper. Fry only a few minutes or until sprouts are tender.
