DIRTY RICE DRESSING 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. pre-cooked chopped real fine chicken, liver & gizzards
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 c. cooked rice
Salt & pepper to taste

Reserve 1 cup of liquid.

Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large skillet and cook on low until brown. Drain well. Mix 1 cup of reserved liquid from cooked livers and gizzards, with the brown gravy mix. Mix well with the meat mixture and cook a few minutes more. Remove from heat and add the cooked rice. Be sure to mix well. Put in large casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
