CHEESEBURGER PIZZA 
1 pkg. (18 to 20 biscuits) refrigerator biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and cut up
2 tbsp. sliced green onion (optional)
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Meanwhile, press biscuits into 12 inch round greased baking sheet or 12 inch pizza pan. Pinch edges of biscuits together to seal as you place them in pan. Cook beef over medium heat with onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Heat through. Spread beef mixture over biscuits to within 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle cheese on. Bake for at least 10 minutes or until all biscuits are browned and biscuits in the middle no longer feel doughy. Garnish as desired. Makes 6 filling servings.
