Soooo good! I put all ingredients in crock pot, cooked on low for a few hours - easy, basic and cheap! I'll be making this regularly.

I just made this soup! I gave it four stars for my alterated recipe only. Although everyone complains when people change the recipe, I did. I used Stewed Mexican tomatoes, then diced them instead of the Rotel. I also added Kidney Beans, and a can of Tomato Sauce. And I did not drain anything except for the corn. Next time I make this I will try the original recipe to see what way I like the best.

I made this, this evening. To make it a little more soupy I add about two cups of tomato juice. I also took out the pinto beans and replaced it with hominy. I found fiesta ranch (the dry mix) and used that with the regular ranch packet as well. My house smells wonderful!!

The best soup and so easy to fix. My grandchildren love this soup. I usually make this when the weather is cold and snowy. It warms us and it truly is comfort food.

This is a great soup! Great recipe to have on hand for those quick suppers! I also did not drain my corn or beans, and added a can of tomato sauce to make it extra soupy! =)

I have made this for years... I do not drain my corn or beans though. And I serve with tortilla chips. My husband puts the soup over the chips in a bowl.. But I just like to dip my chips in the soup Always a pleaser.
