BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard (opt.)

Mix ingredients together. Pour in greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8 to 10. Good served with brandied fruit or hot fruit. (This is just as good 2 or 3 days later, maybe better!)
