BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 doz. eggs
1 lb. shredded cheese (Long Horn Colby or cheddar)

Butter 9 x 12 baking dish. Spread lightly with cheese. Cover with sausage. Break eggs individually and place each in 2 rows of six. Cover with remainder of cheese. Pour 1/2 pint of whipping cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Poke yolk with fork. Serve with English Muffins. Serve with hot tortillas. Serves 6 to 12 people.
