SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Cut bread into small pieces. Place in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cook sausage, drain and spoon over bread. Sprinkle cheese on sausage. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cheese. Soak overnight, covered in refrigerator. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until brown.
