BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
7 slices white bread, cubed
12 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and cheese together.

Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan the bread cubes first, then the sausage, then the egg mixture. Prepare this the night before. Cover and refrigerate. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Good with cinnamon rolls.
