BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
For those special mornings with company and you don't want to get up with the chickens to cook something different (make evening before).

1 c. grated Jack cheese
1 c. grated SHARP Cheddar cheese
6-8 slices sourdough bread
1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
3 tbsp. instant onion

Prepare all ingredients then layer: bread, sausage, cheese (save some for top).

Beat 6 eggs, add:

1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well and pour over layered mixture and top with remaining cheese. Cover and leave overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6. Serve with favorite salsa, fresh fruit, favorite muffins and preserves, fried beans, etc.
