HONEY FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cream
1 square chocolate
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Combine sugar, milk, cream and chocolate in saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes. Add honey and butter; cook until mixture forms soft ball. Cool. Beat until thick. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Cut into squares. Yields: 8 servings.
