“HONEY FUDGE” IS IN:

HONEY FUDGE 
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cream
1 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate
1/4 cup honey
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts

Boil sugar, milk, cream and chocolate for 5 minutes. Add honey and butter; boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water (234-240°F on candy thermometer).

Cool. Beat until thick. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Cut into squares.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.

Makes 8 servings.
