“MARSHMALLOW FUDGE” IS IN:

MARSHMALLOW FUDGE 
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
1 tsp, vanilla
2 cup walnuts, chopped

Combine sugar, milk and butter. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture forms a soft ball in water or reaches a temperature of 236°F on candy thermometer.

Remove from heat; add semi-sweet chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla and walnuts. Mix only 3-4 minutes.

Pour on large buttered cookie sheet.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
