“MEXICAN FUDGE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  MEXICAN SKILLET FUDGE

MEXICAN FUDGE 
1 cup milk
3 cups sugar
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil milk and 2 cups sugar for 15 minutes.

Melt remaining cup of sugar in an iron skillet and add to the first mixture.

Add the pecans and vanilla flavoring; beat or stir until right consistency to pour onto well buttered plate.

Makes 25 servings.
