2 lg. pkg. shredded colby - jack cheese 1/4 c. green jalapeno salsa (salsa verde) 1/4 c. picante sauce 3 eggs Sliced jalapenos Dash cayenne pepper Place 1 package colby - jack cheese in 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Mix salsa and eggs together; spread evenly over cheese. Top with remaining package cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cut into 1 inch squares and place sliced jalapenos on top if desired. Serve on warming tray with chips. |
