ROTINI PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. rotini (sm. springs)
1 pt. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. tumeric
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Salt and pepper to taste
Celery salt

Cook rotini according to directions on package. Mix all ingredients together. There will be a lot of fluid but is absorbed by pasta. Chill overnight.
