HONEY OF A FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. honey
1 c. water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, cocoa and cornstarch; blend well. Add honey and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Serve sauce over ice cream. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Can be served warm or cold.
