HONEY NUT FUDGE 
Mix 1/4 cup honey with 1/2 cup rich milk or thin cream. Add to 2 cups sugar. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Continue cooking until a firm ball is formed when dropped in water. Remove from stove. Add 1 cup nutmeats, chopped. Beat until thick. Pour into dish and mark into squares with a hot knife before it is quite hard.
