LASAGNA (SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH
LOOSE MEAT)
 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle of grated Italian cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 box lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Salt and pepper, in sauce
Garlic salt, in sauce
Basil, in sauce

Beat the egg well. Mix in ricotta cheese and parsley. Layer lasagna pan with sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and Italian cheese. Repeat as many times as you can. Cover with aluminum and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
