HASH BROWN SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all together and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
