MICROWAVE SIMPLE SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
5 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter

In 2 1/2 or 3 quart glass casserole arrange potatoes. Add flour, salt, and onion; toss. Stir in milk and dot with butter. Cook, covered with casserole cover, 15 minutes or until potatoes are desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with paprika. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes to finish cooking. 4-5 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
