PORK CHOPS & SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 pork chops
6 med. potatoes, pared & sliced
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/8 lb. American or cheddar cheese
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

In casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, onion and cheese. Mix soup, milk, seasoning and pour over potatoes. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.

I made this a night that I felt lazy, it was so quick to make, added a bit of dill in the layers and pesto on top of the pork chops...it was Delicious! My Husband ate almost half of the bake!!
