BEEF & NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked & drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 c. cheese, grated

In a large skillet, brown beef, onion, garlic and pepper. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
