BEEF-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold milk
6 oz. cooked noodles
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained

Fry and brown ground beef, onion and green pepper together. Mix together rest of ingredients. Add the browned ground beef. Place in a buttered casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
