CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 sm. onion
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. Italian style grated cheese

Break up cabbage in small pieces and put in casserole (8 x 8 or larger) dish, covering the bottom of the dish. Cook ground beef and onion together, breaking up beef as it cooks, drain, then add rice to cooked hamburger. Pour over cabbage.

Heat tomato soup and water to boiling. Pour over hamburger and cabbage. Spread cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, cover dish with foil.
