CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, sliced
1/3 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat and onion; stir in rice. Chop cabbage and place in bottom of oval roaster or casserole. Place meat mixture on top of cabbage. Pour the soup and water over meat and cabbage. Add salt and chili powder. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. You might have to add more water during baking. Serve with hot cornmeal muffins or hot buttered biscuits.
