CABBAGE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
1 sm. can tomato soup
1 sm. can water
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Salt to taste

Chop cabbage and place in a greased baking dish. Brown beef and onion; stir in rice and pour over cabbage. Mix tomato soup, tomato sauce and water; pour over cabbage and beef. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven or until cabbage is tender.
