BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. softened butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) jar cheese spread
1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli

Combine all ingredients in order listed. Mix until blended well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
