CHOCOLATE-PEANUT
BUTTER-MARSHMALLOW BARS
 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
4 c. mini-marshmallows

FROSTING:

8 oz. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top, bake 2-3 minutes longer. Spread evenly over top and let cool.

For frosting: Cook chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter together in double boiler. When melted add Rice Krispies and spread over top.
