SPINACH SAUSAGE ROLL 
3/4 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Cook sausage until no pink remains. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 15 x 8 inch rectangle. Sprinkle cheese over dough, leaving a 1 inch border around edges. Top with sausage and spinach. Bring long sides of dough together. Pinch to seal edges and ends. Place upside down on greased baking sheet. Brush on egg white and water; wash if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 8 to 10 minutes before serving. Cut into slices to serve. Serves 6.
