SAUSAGE/SPINACH LOAF 
3/4 to 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 slightly beaten egg white; optional
1 tbsp. water; optional
Caraway seeds; optional

In skillet cook sausage and drain fat. Roll dough on floured surface to 15 x 8 inch size. Sprinkle cheese on dough leaving 1 inch border plain. Top with sausage and spinach. Bring long sides of dough together. Seal edges. Place loaf, seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Combine water and egg white; spread on top. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 8-10 minutes. Serves 6.
